Marcus Magee & The Hollaw are a powerful Irish seven-piece blending rock, blues, folk and Irish traditional influences into a dynamic and emotionally charged live show.
Formed in 2022, the band quickly built a devoted following through sold-out performances and the release of their acclaimed debut album Rising from the Hollaw. Their haunting single “Mac Dee” received widespread radio play, with Fiachna Ó Braonáin describing it on RTÉ Radio 1 as “a beautiful and poignant piece of work.”
Fronted by songwriter Marcus Magee, whose deeply personal storytelling sits at the heart of the band’s sound, the music moves between atmospheric folk moments and driving blues-rock energy. Known for their passionate and authentic performances, the band have captivated audiences across Ireland and are now bringing their powerful live show to European stages.
The band are delighted to welcome fellow Cavan group Even More So as special guests. They recently released their debut single “Painkiller” and are definitely a band to watch.
