10:00-10:30 – Bees & Sawdust

Bees & Sawdust are a post-hardcore group whose emo stylings and stage presence make for an electric live set. Originating in Galway in 2021, the band have come a long way and are now based in Dublin. The five-piece band have garnered recognition for taking a litany of influences and distorting them, culminating in a flurry of sound and a feverish stage performance set apart by the originality of their music. Musical inspirations range from My Chemical Romance to Queens of the Stone Age but by no means stop there.

9:15-9:45 – Rawcuts

There ain’t no party like a Raw Cuts party.

Returning from a hiatus Raw Cuts have jumped straight back into gigging with recent sets at DU music x HotPress event, Whelans and their festival debut at Fuinneamh Festival. The four members began their connection as childhood friends, in their teenage years they grew over a love of sharing music until one began to play and assigned the others their instruments at the end of their school years. After a quick realization of a special spark the band produced sounds, lyrics and energy similar of bands like Gang of Four, Wolf Alice, Thumper, The Stone Roses and Viagra Boys.

8:30-9:00 – Burglar

Burglar is Willow and Eduardo and they are going to steal from you. taking inspiration from The Lounge Society, Boogarins and PJ Harvey, they have performed multiple times around the hotspots of Dublin and have recently released their debut alt-rock single Nobody Needs to Know You’re Desperate. It’s an alternative, guitar-based song with a catchy chorus, pretty harmonies, and off-kilter lyrics.

7:45-8:15- Blazer

Alt-Rock band blazer who first formed in January of last year. Blazer is composed of Jessie Dingle on lead vocals and rhythm guitar, Rory McGuinnes on lead guitar, Eleanor Mancusi-Ungaro on bass and synth and Aoife Haines on the drums. Over the past year they have been appearing on the acoustic open mic scene as well as Dublin’s rock and alt scene, aiming to combine intimate and confessional lyrics with high-energy performance. Blazer’s range of various musical backgrounds provide a unique fusion of styles in their song writing and throughout their performances.
