PUBLIC INTERVIEW WITH PAUL HOWARD

Paul Howard is a journalist and writer best known as the creator of the cult character Ross O’Carroll-Kelly.  (His new book Braywatch is out now!)  Paul is also a hardcore Beatles obsessive and author of the critically acclaimed Tara Browne biography – I Read the News Today, Oh Boy.  Paul will be interviewed at the Workman’s Club by Jason Carty and Steven Cockcroft – the hosts of Nothing Is Real – the best darn Beatles podcast in the world!

JON WARD PLAYS SONGS FROM THE BEATLES

The Dublin Beatles Festival started eight years ago.  Jon Ward has performed at most of those festivals, and he has stolen the show every single time.  Jon is pure quality.  He has an incredible singing voice and enough natural stage presence to fill Shea Stadium… twice.  Jon headlined Beatles Day last year with his band The Newspaper Taxi Men – and this year he’s back to play a special intimate solo set in front of a special intimate ‘Covid-19-guidelines-obeying’ audience.  It’s going to be fab!

Workman’s Club, 10 Wellington Quay, Dublin 2

Doors 8.00pm.
