Irish/Brighton-based producer and vocalist Meljoann announces a homecoming show this July 26th at the Workmans Cellar in Dublin 2. Following the success of her 2021 album — the much-lauded H.R. — the artist has been steadily releasing a string of self-directed video singles leading up to the release of her third studio album (TBC) Meljoann’s production skills have been compared to Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis; and her vocals to Janet Jackson and SWV.

While these compliments are fitting, Meljoann is a unique artist in a genre-sphere of her own design. Meljoann writes, performs, produces, and masters all her own music. She also directs and stars in all her own videos, using green screen technology and computer game engines, and creates all the visuals for her captivating live shows.

Persona

Persona is the new solo project from multidisciplinary artist and director Laura Sheeran. With Persona, Sheeran combines music, video narrative, pole dance, and lighting design to create a dynamic live performance of new songs that interrogate themes of identity, female sexuality, vulnerability, and power.
