RACHEL, SAIBHIIN & EVIE
Tuesday November 21st, 8pm, The Main Venue
RACHEL
RACHEL hails from Mayo, Ireland and has already been making a name for herself with previous singles landing coverage with HotPress, GoldenPlec,
iRadio, RTE 2FM, BBC Introducing, SPIN 1038 and many more as well as having over 35k organic streams on Spotify making the artist a hot one to watch. You may recall RACHEL from her previous single ‘Would You Be Happier’ which saw her land Beat 102103, Galway Bay FM, Corks 96fm, Radio Kerry, RTE 2XM, RTE Entertainment and many more.
EVIE
Evie is alt-folk with a twist. Her debut EP ‘Since the Fire,’ earns nods for an awkward, but delicate take on songwriting. At 22, Evie is happy to be the haunted house of the Irish music scene, drawing on influences such a Radiohead, Lisa Hannigan and Phoebe Bridgers.
Evie’s live performances include sold out Dublin shows, performances at the CCI Paris, two historic Ruby Sessions, support for Last Apollo and appearances at the Sligo Arts Festival.
Evie’s anticipated sophomore EP ‘Shiny Things’ takes centre stage this Spring. As Hot Press writes, “seeing an artist know herself and her sound this early on was remarkable to watch.”
