For Jaysis Sake…
An Easter Sunday Party
Sunday, 27 March, The Workman’s Club
Resurrect your bank holiday weekend slump and get down to ours for a serious Easter session. 3 DEADLY live acts followed by amazing DJ sets and The Workman’s Karaoke Club. Admission is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! You’d be a Judas to miss out on this one.
Gearing up for the release of their first single, we welcome back Be Curious, Kid to the gaff. This instrumental 3-piece are going to give you the hit of post- rock you need to get you going after your Sunday roast. Exploding Eyes are next to keep the buzz going. These guys will be dishing out some progressive rock n’ roll and high- tempo Acid Rock to melt your Easter Eggs. This Other Kingdom will be hitting up the live stage with their Neo- Psychedelic vibes as our Holy headliners. Expect some floaty, intricate riffs and echoing vocals from this 4-piece for your listening pleasure. The stage will then be taken over by The Workman’s Karaoke Club for an infamous night of hymn- singing.
Taking you into the wee hours of this sacred night we have DJ sets from 80s, 90s, 00s Guilty Pleasures by Colin Devine & Edward Porter / All Vinyl / All Alternative Sounds by Trev (Workman’s Sats/Somewhere) & Del Kerton (This Other Kingdom).
For Jaysis sake, sure what else will you be doing once mass is over?
