Ahead of their comeback single release ‘There There’ later this month, Irish alt trio Emily 7 have announce their first headline show in 2 years at The Workman’s Cellar, Dublin.

Dublin alternative trio Emily 7 have announced their debut EP ‘IT WAS FUN UNTIL WE HAD TO DO IT’ released independently through self-funded avenues. Recorded at Darklands, Dublin (Fontaines DC, Denzel Curry, Damien Dempsey.) The first single, ‘There There’ will be released across all platform on Friday 23rd Feburary.

This track will see the bands first release since 2021 and will include a brand new line up of Daniel Clarke on Vocals and Guitar, Brandon Carrig on Lead Guitar, and Scott Bellew on Drums.

Speaking on the brand-new single, frontman and writer Daniel Clarke writes:

“‘There There’ is everything to us, we knew it from the first time we played it. It was a unanimous head nod that this is what we do and ultimately this is who we are, and it sounds like a f*****g jet engine.”

In addition to the comeback tracks, they have announced their largest headline show to date at Dublin’s Workman’s Cellar on April 4th 2024.
