Montauk Hotel make their return with their new single ‘Hit The Ground Kneeling’ with a show at Workman’s Club Cellar.
Montauk Hotel are Claudia, Shell, Naoise and Aoife from Dublin, Ireland. Taking influence from the glimmer of early 80s indie-pop, Montauk Hotel fuse strong melodies, glistening guitars and punchy beats to create their own shimmering sound. Their 2023 single ‘Dive (Come Afloat)’ received praise from media including Nialler9, Chordblossom, Atwood Magazine and Headstuff. The track was 2fm Track of the Week. The band also returned to the live scene in May 2023 with a headline show in Whelan’s, following their impressive impact on the Dublin live music scene since 2016 supporting international acts such as Goat Girl, PINS, The Blizzards and Beauty Sleep. They have appeared at festivals such as Electric Picnic, Other Voices, Groove Festival, Kaleidoscope, Vantastival and Sunflower Festival.
