Johnny Rayge : Johnny Rayge reciting Yeats Poetry and a musical performance
After a busy 2015 playing venues Nationwide as well as festivals including Electric Picnic, Body and Soul and Glastonbury, Johnny Rayge will take part in Culture night at The Workman’s Club on Sept 18th.
Johnny, also a multi-instrumentalist , writes performs, produces both TV and music (produced DUBtv) and manages events. His passion for poetry outstrips almost all others and he is honoured to be invited to recite and play at at this Yeats themed event, being a profound fan.

Dr. Sudipto Das started his initial training in music at the age of 5 at Akhil Bhartiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, New Delhi in Indian classical music. As his training continued he expanded his music repertoire to other popular forms of Indian music such Rabindra sangeet, Nazrul geeti and bhajans. Sudipto currently continues his formal classical music training under the supervision of Dr. Jui Dhaygude-pande from the esteemed Jaipur-Atrauli gharana
Dublin Writers Forum : Hosting a Yeatsian Themed Open Mic
Dublin Writers’ Forum (DWF) was founded in 2011 to provide a creative space where people with a passion for writing can come together and support each other in making their work as good as it can be. Our weekly meetings are facilitated by Anne Tannam and Fióna Bolger. We meet upstairs in the Workman’s Club at 7.30pm every Thursday outside school holiday time and operate on a drop-in basis. All are welcome.
