Orlando Molina presents his melody-driven take on contemporary and latin jazz. In original compositions, and tunes by other Latin American composers, his quintet explores textures ranging from sombre ballads to frantic rhythm workouts and group solos.
Being winner of three international music scholarships, Orlando has played and toured with internationally acclaimed musicians such as Andreas Morricone (Italy), Ronan Guilfoyle (Ireland), Gustavo Dudamel (Venezuela), Phil Ware (UK), Marie Séférian (DEU), David Pavón (Puerto Rico), the Simón Bolívar Symphony Orchestra
of Venezuela, among many others.
